Alright! So I feel pretty pumped up today, even though I did wake up kind of late and started my day late. This usually leads to me doing nothing but I’ve got too much work to do for me not to do anything.
Anyways, I weighed myself in just a few minutes ago at 201 lbs, just a little over 91 kg. I am super pumped about losing weight now, I can’t weight to see myself hit under 200, under 190, under 180 and finally hover somewhere around 160-170.
Alright, so since I’m 6 feet tall, maybe an inch more or so but let’s just say 6 feet tall, my BMI is around 27.3. I kind of want my BMI to be around 20-23 and hover around that area for the rest of my life.
So, what am I aiming for right now?
Right now I hope to at least hit 185~ lbs by the end of the year, which gives me 11 weeks to lose 16 lbs. I think I can do it, and relatively easily too. I’ll try to work out a little during those 11 weeks, after I clean my room and grab myself an mp3 player.
I’m going to make myself a schedule for when to work out, if I’m a little brave I’ll probably start running in the morning to my best friend’s house. The reason I chose that was so if I run in to any problems, I’ll have two ways to get help. I also know how far he lives away from me; 1.5 miles from my house to his. That way, if I run to his house and then run back, it will be 3 miles which is a pretty good goal for me.
Something else I’ll try to do is the 100 push up challenge. It’s basically a program where you start off doing a number of push ups and then slowly working your way up until you can do 100 in one go. I am super excited for it, although I do need to clean my room because I cannot do anything with all this darn mess.
At the beginning of the new year I’ll hopefully add in a lot more strength training but I think this is a solid start so far.
I hope to hit 160 lbs in March, May at the very latest.
