So the world of tumblr, twitter and instagram has inspired me to document a new journey that I have decided to take.. Well technically it isn’t “new” as I have attempted this before.. But more like a fresh start to an old idea.. What is this new journey…
Yo guys! Unlimited Resolve here, also known as Tai, bringing you another post. This post has been a long time coming, it’s been about three or so months since I’ve had this new pc and I wanted to tell you guys about my experiences with this computer.
So let’s get on with the components within my “new” computer.

I’ve begun silently fighting back against jerks on the subway who sit as spread out as possible. Basically I match your stance.
This guy was sitting on the train with his knees splayed and his hands on the seat to either side of him. So I slowly backed up into the seat next to him forcing him to either move his hand or have me sit on it. Then I spread my knees equally wide and stuck my elbows out just as far.
It’s amazing how uncomfortable this makes men.
Eventually he closed his knees more (so I closed mine.) The ladies across from me noticed this silent warfare and were slightly confused. When he finally got off the train and I sat like a “lady” they realized what I did and grinned at me.
Yep. This is my new thing to do on the subway.

You know why most guys sit like that?
It’s a body language signal known as a “crotch display” and it’s used to show dominance/confidence.
This is why guys get uncomfortable when women do this, and also why women are told to sit “like a lady” - basically, without the crotch display. When women do it, they’re telling all the dudes that they’re either stronger or on equal standing with them.
So I say right on, ladies! Go for it.

Yeah, I know. Unprogress. Anyways, last week wasn’t so bad. I mean it was bad, don’t get me wrong, but I realise why I did so terribly.
So last week I was at around 201 lbs. Well, since then I’ve gained 2 lbs. I’m about 203 lbs right now. I won’t include the .x number because my scale changes it’s mind depending on where I settle it and if I breathe in and stuff. So I gained a kilo, which means I’m now 2 weeks behind. I regressed a week, which means it’ll take a week to get back to where I started off.
The problem was that I started my diet and stuff on the same week as Eid. Not a great idea I must admit but I thought I’d be fine. I would have been fine but I also kind of messed up by not sleeping right and messing up my diet even after that one day of eating. I really messed up and I understand that and I won’t let it mess with me. In an earlier post I also mentioned that I didn’t let that weeks failure mess with me but I also didn’t really take it too seriously back then. This time I won’t let it happen again and I won’t eff it up again.
Now this week I’ve decided to do a little exercise. What I mean by that is that I’m going to start exercising. I’m doing this 100 push up challenge which, basically entails me doing a small number of push ups, 5 sets, 3 a week. I really cannot do push ups but I’m hoping to slowly build up my strength. Alongside this I will be curling and using a similar method to the push up method.
I’m also going to walk that 3 miles a day hopefully. I will at least try to walk 10-20 minutes a day on the way to university and maybe an extra 20 somewhere.
Alright! So I feel pretty pumped up today, even though I did wake up kind of late and started my day late. This usually leads to me doing nothing but I’ve got too much work to do for me not to do anything.
Anyways, I weighed myself in just a few minutes ago at 201 lbs, just a little over 91 kg. I am super pumped about losing weight now, I can’t weight to see myself hit under 200, under 190, under 180 and finally hover somewhere around 160-170.
Alright, so since I’m 6 feet tall, maybe an inch more or so but let’s just say 6 feet tall, my BMI is around 27.3. I kind of want my BMI to be around 20-23 and hover around that area for the rest of my life.
So, what am I aiming for right now?
Right now I hope to at least hit 185~ lbs by the end of the year, which gives me 11 weeks to lose 16 lbs. I think I can do it, and relatively easily too. I’ll try to work out a little during those 11 weeks, after I clean my room and grab myself an mp3 player.
I’m going to make myself a schedule for when to work out, if I’m a little brave I’ll probably start running in the morning to my best friend’s house. The reason I chose that was so if I run in to any problems, I’ll have two ways to get help. I also know how far he lives away from me; 1.5 miles from my house to his. That way, if I run to his house and then run back, it will be 3 miles which is a pretty good goal for me.
Something else I’ll try to do is the 100 push up challenge. It’s basically a program where you start off doing a number of push ups and then slowly working your way up until you can do 100 in one go. I am super excited for it, although I do need to clean my room because I cannot do anything with all this darn mess.
At the beginning of the new year I’ll hopefully add in a lot more strength training but I think this is a solid start so far.
I hope to hit 160 lbs in March, May at the very latest.

So a little while ago I posted that I would be redoing my weight loss efforts. It was kinda hard for me to get in the zone for it and actually do it since I didn’t know my weight.
At my heaviest I was around 230 lbs / 105 kg. Right now, I stand at around 202 lbs / 92kg. I felt great when I saw that. I have noticed that I lost a lot of weight, like actually see the difference.
So what now? On Monday, I will try to restart my efforts in losing weight. My goal is to weigh about 70 - 75 kg which is around 155 - 165 lbs. Maybe even around 170.
I will start each week by seeing how much I start the week off at and hopefully try to calorie count and work out my way to 75 kg.
I’ll be calling this “Road to 75” and will try to blog it weekly, maybe even with a couple of updates every now and again. I’ll try to be more active, updating you guys on anything important going on in my life in a other posts that aren’t my road to 75. I want to walk around 12-15% body fat and hope soto get some definition around my abs.

Yep! So I have finally thought of a computer build for myself and can’t wait to build it! I also built my first computer for a friend of mine and I’ll first mention his specs as best as I can remember and I’ll post mine later.
